We Ask Because We Care

At Mattapan Community Health Center, our goal is to provide care that truly meets your needs. To do that, we may ask you questions about your background such as your race, ethnicity, preferred language, or other personal information. We understand that some of these questions may feel sensitive, and we want you to know why we ask them.
